Salon Policies

BOOKING

At fern & moody salon, we do not book “day of” appointments. Both stylists are generally booked 4-6 weeks in advance for services. Please visit each stylist’s individual page for more information about their booking practices.

PAYMENT

Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards, zelle, venmo, and cash. Please note that no cash is kept on premises of fern & moody salon.

CANCELATION POLICY
Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours’ notice of your scheduled appointment may subject you to a minimum 50% fee. Color deposits will be forfeited and may require deposits for additional appointments until we see fit. 

Same day cancellations and no shows are subject to 100% fee and will require a pre-payment for future appointments. If you no show more than once, you will no longer be able to book appointments. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be subject to a $15 fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and you are subject to a 100% fee. 

COVID-19 POLICY (Subject to change)

Vaccinations for the COVID-19 virus are mandatory for all clients and anyone entering the salon.

A mask must be worn at all times during appointments with Jackie. No masks with ties around the head, only looped around the ears. Masks are not required for appointments with Francesca, but she will happily wear one during your appointment if preferred.

If you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or have symptoms, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. If you have tested negative, but someone you live with/have seen is still testing positive, please reschedule your appointment. Once you both test negative, you are welcome in the salon. Please do not put us, our families or our clients at risk. 

If you disregard our comfort level or safety (along with our clients and those that we care about), you are no longer welcome in the salon.
